How to make pickled cabbage and pork ribs soup

1. The ribs have been placed in cold water, boil the water for 3-5 minutes to remove the blood

2. Take it out and rinse it with clean water.Wash the coix seeds and red dates and put them into the soup pot with the ribs.Add enough water.

3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour and a half

4.Soak the sauerkraut in water for half an hour

5. Squeeze out the water from the sauerkraut and cut into small sections, peel the yam and cut with a hob

6.Add sauerkraut and yam after an hour and a half, and continue cooking for 30-40 minutes

7.The whole process needs to be simmered for 2 and a half to 3 hours before the soup is delicious! Remove from the pot and serve in bowls

You must add enough soup water at one time.Adding more water in the middle will affect the taste and lose nutrients!
