Ingredients
Tofu ( one ) | Hot pot ingredients ( picture below ) |
Chicken Essence ( Picture below ) | Salt ( Picture below ) |
Vegetable oil ( ) | MSG ( ) |
Chopped green onion ( ) | Ginger Rice ( ) | Garlic ( appropriate ) | Haitian Straw Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce ( A little ) |
Cornstarch ( An appropriate amount to thicken ) | Sichuan peppercorns ( A small amount span> ) |

Authentic Mapo Tofu recipe

1.Be sure to boil the tofu for 2 minutes.Strain it out and wait for the next step

2.Add salt and cook.Need more salt.Otherwise it won’t taste good.Trust me I won't be salty.

3. Add oil, hot pot ingredients, ginger rice, garlic rice, and chili noodles and stir-fry until fragrant.

4.Put down the cooked tofu.Add chicken essence.MSG.Old smoked.chopped green onion.Thicken and cook for more than 10 seconds.Do not add water

5.Place on a plate and sprinkle with some peppercorns
Tips
Tofu must be boiled.Add enough salt, a normal dish needs half as much salt.Just add salt while cooking.
