Ingredients
Mutton ( 1kg ) | Peanut oil (appropriate amount) |
Onions (appropriate amount) | Ginger ( Appropriate amount ) |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( Appropriate amount span> ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chili noodles (appropriate amount) | Ground cumin ( appropriate amount ) |
Sesame seeds (appropriate amount) | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe of cumin toothpick mutton

1.Choose one pound of lamb tenderloin.

2. Cut the mutton into large pieces.

3. Add onion, ginger, soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate for an hour.(Before marinating, the mutton should be fully grasped and evenly distributed)

4.Then use a toothpick to Lamb skewers.

5. Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees for 5 minutes and apply a layer of oil on the bottom of the pan , put the mutton in, and brush a layer of oil on the mutton.

6. Place in the air fryer and bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.

7.After 10 minutes, turn the lamb and bake for another 8 minutes.

8. Then add chili powder, ground cumin and sesame seeds, and then bake 1- 2 minutes, don't bake for too long.

9. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
1.Add onion, ginger, light soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate for an hour.Before marinating, the mutton should be fully grasped evenly for at least 5 minutes.
2.Be careful not to burn it when baking, especially after sprinkling ground cumin and chili powder.Bake for a maximum of two minutes.It will become bitter if it is baked for a long time.
