Ingredients
Tofu ( A big chunk ) | Beef ( 2 taels ) |

Ginger ( a little ) | Green onions ( a little ) |
Cooking wine ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( a little ) |
Dark soy sauce ( a little ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Wash the tofu and cut into small cubes

2.Put in water Boil the salt, add the cut tofu cubes, and cook for 2 minutes (this step is to remove the fishy smell and can be omitted)

3.After cooking, take it out and set aside

4.Beef chop Cut into minced meat and set aside

5. Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces and set aside

7.Heat oil in a pot over high heat, turn down the heat, add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

Tips
Use beef as much as possible for minced meat, so that the finished product will be fragrant and authentic.The tofu will taste better if you cook it longer.I added water and cooked the tofu until it is almost dry.
