How to make the potato version of sweet and sour pork ribs

1. Cut the tenderloin into 2cm wide slices and cut the potatoes into 3cm long and 1cm wide slices

2.Roll up the sliced meat and potatoes one by one like in the picture

3. Coat the rolled meat slices with starch

4.Put it into the oil pan and fry until it turns slightly golden
