How to make twice-cooked pork with double pepper

1.Go to the supermarket to buy twice-cooked pork with less fat and more lean meat, cut it into thin slices along the grain, add salt, MSG, sugar, light soy sauce, marinate for half an hour, add coriander, stir well and set aside
