Shiitake mushrooms: detoxification
Ingredients
Silky tofu ( 500g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 pcs ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |
Pixian Doubanjiang (One spoon) | water ( half a bowl ) |
How to make simple Mapo Tofu

1.Cut the mushrooms into cubes and dice the garlic.

2. Cut the tofu into large pieces.

3. Add Pixian bean paste to hot oil and stir-fry a few times.

4. Put the mushrooms and garlic into the pot and stir-fry.

5.Put the tofu into the pot and continue to stir-fry.

6.Add half a bowl of water and cover the pot.

7. Just open the lid and watch the juice collect.

8.The simple version of Mapo Tofu is ready.
Tips
Adding half a bowl of water can make the tofu more flavorful; no salt is added because the salt in a spoonful of bean paste is enough, so there is no need to add more salt.
