Recipe of Konjac Beer Duck

1. Slice the konjac.

2. Cut the duck into cubes.

3.Cut pepper into sections and slice ginger

4. First fry the konjac to dry up the water.

5.Put the duck in the pot and fry to dry out the water.

6. Then scoop the duck out of the pot and put the Sichuan peppercorns, pepper and ginger into the pot and saute until fragrant.

7. Then put the duck and konjac back into the pot and fry.
