Ingredients
Tofu ( Two pieces ) | Lean meat ( 3 taels ) |
Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) | Small red pepper ( 4 pcs ) |
Garlic cloves ( 3 slices ) | Scallions ( 3 roots ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Cornstarch ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make Roumo Mapo Tofu

1.Wash and cut the tofu into cubes and set aside, dice the lean meat and mix with appropriate amount of soy sauce, dice the green onions, garlic cloves and peppers and set aside later

2. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, put the tofu cubes into the pot, scoop out the water, drain and set aside;
Pour oil into the pot and heat it, pour in the reserved minced meat , add diced garlic and chili pepper and stir-fry;
Pour in the reserved tofu cubes, add bean paste, add a small amount of water and simmer (stir-fry as little as possible) 
3.Pour the cornstarch into water and pour it into the pot, cook until the juice is reduced, then remove from the pot and put on a plate, sprinkle with reserved green onion!
Tips
Put the cut tofu cubes into a pot of boiling hot water and cook them once.They will not break easily when boiling
