How to make scallion-flavored beef noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients; cut the beef into thin slices, add a little salt, sugar, cooking wine and cornstarch in advance, then add a little oil to wrap the beef well

2. Cook the rice noodles in cold water until soft;

3.Pan the red onion flat and chop into small pieces, and cut the ginger into shreds

Tips
