Authentic Sichuan Mapo Tofu recipe

1. Preparation materials: cut tofu into small pieces, mince ginger, garlic and green onion, watercress Chop finely.

Tips
1.When cooking Mapo tofu, you must use old tofu.Young tofu is suitable for cooking soup.

3.Pixian Douban is a bit salty, so just add a little salt.Unless you have a strong taste, don’t say anything else.
