How to make sweet and sour home-style tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, hot water Blanch for a while.Pour in cold water to drain out the water and set aside.

2.Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pot.After the oil is hot, add the tofu cubes.

3. Fry until the skin is golden, about seven or eight minutes, remove and control the oil.

Tips
