How to make pickled pepper and beer duck

1. Wash and cut the duck into pieces.Boil the duck in a pot until the blood is removed and remove.

2. Pickled peppers, pickled ginger and garlic, cut into small pieces (I use pickled peppers that I pickle myself) Spicy, if you are afraid of spicy food, you can buy non-spicy lantern pickled peppers outside)
