How to steam eggplant with red pepper

1.Wash the ingredients and set aside

2. Cut the eggplant into two sections, then cut into thin strips without cutting off one end, and place on a plate.

3. Chop garlic, onion and red pepper.It is divided into two parts as shown in the figure, one is one-third and the other is two-thirds.

Tips
Add a small amount of salt and marinate the eggplant for ten minutes before steaming.I didn’t add any salt at the time.I was too short on time today so I didn’t marinate it.
