How to stir-fry eggplant shreds with pepper

1. Prepare ingredients: eggplant, pepper, green onion.

2.Peel the eggplant and cut into long thin strips.

3. Wash and remove the seeds from the peppers, cut into long strips, and chop the green onions.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
