Celery ( 1 tree ) | Lily ( 1 small handful ) |
Cashew nuts ( 1 small handful ) | Onions ( 1 small section span> ) |
Garlic ( 2 capsules ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
Corn oil ( 30g ) |
How to stir-fry cashews with celery and lily

1.Wash the celery and cut it with a diagonal knife

2. Lily use Soak in water for about an hour

3.Prepare a small bowl of cashews

4.Put cold oil in a cold pot, add cashews, and stir-fry over medium heat

5. Fry the cashews until they change color and set aside.

6. Boil water in another pot, add a little salt, a few drops of oil, and blanch celery
