Qingyuan Black-maned Goose ( Half one ) | Garlic seedlings ( 5 ) |
Ginger slices ( a handful ) | Garlic ( one ) |
Soybean paste ( a spoonful ) | Oyster sauce ( half spoon ) |
Salt ( A small amount ) | Light soy sauce ( a spoonful ) |
Qingyuan Farmhouse Braised Black Goose

1.Chop the goose meat into small pieces, wash and cut the accessories and set aside

2.Add ginger slices and garlic and heat the oil until they burst into heat

3.Pour in the goose meat Stir-fry

4.Saute until the goose meat becomes dry and oily

5.Pour in the sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and salt and stir well

6.Add enough water to cover the goose meat, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer until a small amount of juice remains

7. Pour in the garlic sprouts and stir-fry until the garlic sprouts are cooked and the juice has basically dried up..

8.Plate and start eating
