How to make Cantonese-style boiled shrimp

1.Prepare fresh prawns and raise them for half a day.

2.Use a toothpick to remove the shrimp threads.

3. Then cut off the shrimp whiskers.

4. Heat a small amount of oil in the pot, add sliced ginger and green onions and saute until fragrant.

5.Add water, bring to a boil and add appropriate amount of salt and rice wine.

6. Boil the prawns.

7. Boil for about two minutes.When the shrimp changes color, remove them and soak them in cold water.

8. Prepare dipping sauce with minced ginger, minced garlic, vinegar, light soy sauce and sesame oil.

9. Remove the shrimps and serve.
Tips
1.If you only use boiling water to blanch, the fishy smell still cannot be completely removed.Adding ginger and green onion to stir-fry and then boiling will have a much better effect;
2.After removing the shrimp thread, it will be more convenient to eat;
3.After boiling, put it in cold water (ice water is better) and chill it.This will make the shrimp meat look full and the taste and meat quality will be greatly improved.
