How to braise Hakka Yong Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside.

2.Peel and chop the front leg meat into minced meat, and chop the garlic into mince.

3. Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, salt and cornstarch to the minced meat and marinate for 15 minute.

4. Cut the tofu into cubes, divide 1 piece of tofu into 2 pieces.

5. Stuff into the meat filling.

6.Cut green onion and set aside.

7. Heat oil in a pan, add tofu, meat side down.

8. Fry until the surface is golden brown.

Tips
Tofu is relatively tender, so be careful when stuffing it with meat, otherwise it will break easily.
