Ingredients
Lettuce ( 3 stalks ) | Ginger ( 2 slices ) |
Onions ( 1 root ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Sugar ( a little ) |
Water starch (appropriate amount) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
How to make lettuce with garlic and oyster sauce

1.Wash the lettuce

2. Chop the ginger and onion into dices , chop 1 clove of garlic into cubes, and press the other 2 cloves into garlic paste

3.Sauce: oyster sauce , light soy sauce, salt, sugar, water starch and set aside

4. Add a little water to the pot, a little Oil and salt, after boiling, blanch the lettuce, remove and plate

5.In the pot Add appropriate amount of oil, when the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a while

Tips
Don’t blanch the lettuce for too long, it’s better to keep it green
