Glutinous rice ( 220g ) | Cantonese style sausage ( two pieces ) |
Dried shrimp ( 10—15g ) | Dried Shiitake mushrooms ( 10 pieces (medium size) ) |

1.Wash the dried mushrooms Soak until soft.Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for about 2 hours.Remove the soaked mushrooms and shred them (do not throw away the water for soaking the mushrooms)
Slice or dice the sausage.Prepare the peanuts and soak the shrimps in water until soft..After the steamer is steamed, add the soaked glutinous rice and steam for about 20 minutes.Take it out (be careful of scalding, you need to use an anti-scalding tool).
2.Put in the oil and wait until the oil is hot.Add the peanuts and stir-fry over low heat until Turn into brownish red (be sure to stir-fry the peanuts over low heat to prevent them from scorching) and then set aside.

3.Leave a little oil in the pot, pour in shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until the mushroom flavor develops.out.

5. Pour in the dried shrimps and stir well.

6.Pour in the steamed glutinous rice, stir fry quickly, and add soy sauce.salt, pepper.

7. If the glutinous rice clumps, add an appropriate amount of water in which the shrimps and mushrooms have been soaked.(Don’t add too much at one time to avoid adding too much water and the glutinous rice will be too soft.)

8.Add green onions, sesame oil and stir-fry quickly.
