Quail eggs: muscle building
Ingredients
High-gluten flour ( 65g ) | Milk ( 40g ) |
Oil ( 7g ) | Salt ( 1g ) |
Sugar (but I didn't put it) ( 2g ) | Shredded mozzarella ( Amount ) |
Ham slices ( Dosage ) | Tomato paste ( Dosage ) |
Quail eggs ( Dosage ) | Small tomatoes ( Amount ) |
Yeast ( 3g ) |

1.High-gluten flour 65g,

2.Add 40g of milk ,

3.Add 7g of oil,

4.Add 3g of yeast,

5.Add 1g of salt,

6. Knead it into the picture.Dough-like,

7. Take a bowl of warm water and put the dough in the oven at 40 degrees for 1 hour , ferment until doubled in size,

8.Put on tin foil,

9.Press the dough into the desired size and shape,

14.Sprinkle chopped mozzarella and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes to soften slightly (in order to better keep adding ingredients on top to shape it) p>

15. Cut the quail eggs in half and place them on the surface,

16. Place cucumber slices,

17. Arrange small tomato slices,

18.Continue to sprinkle with chopped mozzarella,

19. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 3 minutes (Slightly softened for better shaping),

20.Put on the ham slices.Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

21.Perfect.
