Potatoes ( 300 grams ) | Green onions ( 5 grams ) |

How to make Sichuan style mashed potatoes

1.Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices

2. Mince garlic and onion, Cut coriander into small pieces

3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add potatoes and cook
