How to make pasta (long noodles with red wine meat sauce)

1. The beef is hand-chopped.The meat is relatively large and has a chewy texture.Choose the barbecue type bacon, which has more oil, so you don’t need to add additional oil when making meat sauce.

2. It is best to use freshly ground pepper, which smells more fragrant..

3. Cut the bacon into small slices and chop the onion and garlic.

4. Stir out the bacon pieces over low heat to remove the oil.

5. Add chopped onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

6.Add in chopped beef and stir-fry.

7. Pour in red wine and cook until there is no smell of wine.

8. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce.

9.Put in two bay leaves (the crooked nut is called laurel leaves) and cook for more than 10 minutes.Add some salt and pepper to taste.

10. Cook the sauce for just enough time to cook the noodles, then start another pot.Boil a pot of water and add some salt.

11.Put in the long noodles and cook. The cooking time for 3# long noodles is usually 8 to 10 minutes. When it is cooked enough, taste it and it is done.

12. Then remove and drain.

13.Place into pasta bowl or plate.

14.The sauce is also cooked, put the meat on top of the pasta Sauce.

15.Sprinkle some dried basil and grate some cheese on top., ready to serve.Fragrant and delicious.
Tips
Don't stir-fry the tomato sauce too finely, it needs some lumpy tomatoes to have a nice texture. You can also use tomatoes directly, but for cooking sauce*
