How to make strawberry yogurt mousse cake (rice cooker version)

1.Prepare the required ingredients

2.Cut the eight-inch rice cooker cake into two pieces

3.Remove the stems of half of the strawberries, wash and dice them

4.Remove half of the stem, wash and cut in half

5.Put half of the diced strawberries into a blender, add sugar and pure milk and stir into a paste

10.Pour in half of the mousse paste , spread a layer of diced strawberries

11.Cover it again Pour the remaining mousse batter into another piece of cake embryo, shake it a few times on the table to make the surface smooth, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about four hours until the surface solidifies (I forgot to take a photo at this step)

12. Stir the strawberry QQ sugar in hot water until it is completely melted, then let it cool.Pour onto the mousse cake, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about two hours until the surface solidifies

13. When demoulding, place the mold on the cup and blow the mold around with a hair dryer to remove it

14.Decorate with strawberries and mango

Tips
1.Mine is an eight-inch one.All the ingredients are placed according to the feel.There is less mousse paste at the beginning, and more will be added later
2.It is best for the yogurt to be thicker, not original.It depends on the individual.Adjust the amount of sugar to taste
3.Store the finished mousse cake in the refrigerator, the mousse will melt easily
