Shiitake mushrooms ( 5 ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Pasta ( 500g ) | Scallions ( 4 roots ) |

How to make beef, egg and tomato sauce pasta

1.Cut the onions, red bell peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms into small pieces.(Put the tomatoes under boiling water and pull off the skin.) Chop the beef and garlic into puree.

2.Put the butter in the pan.After heating, add the onions and fry until golden brown

3.Then add the bell pepper and mushrooms to the pot and stir-fry

5. Then add the previously fried mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions, and stir-fry together

6.Add tomatoes and stir fry with tomato sauce

7.Pour in boiling water, bring to a boil over high heat, and reduce the juice over low heat

8. Boil the water, add the pasta, separate it, add some salt so it will not stick, cook for 10 minutes

9. Finally, heat the pot and pour cold boiling water over it.Pour the meat sauce, put the eggs, and add some Korean chili sauce if you want it spicy

4. Take out the onions, bell peppers and mushrooms, add butter, pour in the beef and stir-fry
