How to make dry tofu rolls with mashed potatoes

1.Prepare the ingredients.

2. Dice potatoes, shred cucumber, mince green onions and coriander, and cut dry tofu blocks.

3.Heat the pan with cold oil.When the oil is hot, add 3 spoons of sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

4.Pour in the diced potatoes, add pepper and stir-fry.

Tips
After the potatoes are washed and diced, they cannot be washed twice because the starch will be destroyed and will not be sticky, which will affect the taste of the mashed potatoes.
