How to make protein sauce

1.The egg whites are left over from making egg tarts

2. Stir the egg whites and add half the sugar

3.When it is slightly beaten, add the other half of the sugar

5. Remove from heat and slowly add vegetable oil and stir evenly.(I took pictures while doing it alone and forgot to take a picture of pouring the oil.) Stir evenly and continue to heat over water for a while.This is the finished product.Du Niang said that the sauce made with lard is translucent, but very long.I don’t have lard at home, so I’ll use vegetable oil.
