Red Heart Dragon Fruit ( 400g ) | Eight-inch chiffon cake ( Two slices ) |
Whipped cream ( 250g ) | Gelatine tablets ( 17 grams ) |
Milk ( 150 grams ) | White sugar ( 45g ) | Condensed milk ( 2 tablespoons ) | Rum ( 5 drops ) |
How to make red heart dragon fruit mousse cake

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Soak the gelatine tablets in 50 grams of milk.

3. Peel and cut the dragon fruit into pieces, add the remaining 100 grams of milk, and add Blend in food processor.

4. Stir the dragon fruit paste.

5. Heat the bowl in which the gelatin slices are soaked over water until melted, take out and let cool.

6. Add sugar and condensed milk to the light cream.

7. Beat until textured.

8. Add gelatine and rum to the pitaya paste and mix well.

13.Pour in part of the mousse paste.

14.Put in another cake slice.

15. Pour in the remaining mousse paste and refrigerate for more than 6 hours.

16. Take it out of the refrigerator and blow it around with a hair dryer to demold , put decoration.
Tips
1.Gelatine sheets can be replaced with gelatine powder
2.When demoulding, just use a hair dryer to blow the surroundings a few times.Don't blow for too long, otherwise the mousse will melt.
3.In the same way, the dragon fruit can be replaced with other fruits such as mango.
