How to make dragon fruit yogurt mousse cake

1.The eight-inch yogurt cake is divided into two pieces, one piece Cut off the edges (for the recipe of yogurt cake, please refer to my other birthday cake recipe)

2.Dragon fruit cut into cubes

3. Take 300g pitaya and grind it with a food processor Puree, and set aside 200g for later use

4. Add gelatine powder to milk and cook over low heat Let cool after melting

9.Put in the small piece of yogurt cake

10. Pour in the remaining mousse paste and refrigerate for at least four hours

Tips
Yoghurt cake can also be replaced with chiffon cake.Personally, I think yogurt cake tastes better when refrigerated.
