Tomatoes ( 350g ) | Old rock sugar ( Appropriate amount ) |

How to make tomato sauce at home

1.Wash the tomatoes.

2. Make a cross on the upper end, blanch it in boiling water and peel off the skin.

3.After peeling, cut into small pieces.

4.Put the tomato chunks into a food processor and blend into a paste.

5. Chop appropriate amount of garlic into mince and set aside.

6.Heat the pot, add appropriate amount of olive oil and minced garlic.

Tips
