Chocolate ( 250g ) | Unsalted butter ( 250g ) |
Whole eggs ( 6 pieces ) | Sugar ( 125g ) | Low powder ( 50g ) | Moisture-proof powdered sugar ( 5g ) |

1. Butter preparation.I used Anjia unsalted butter

2. Chop the chocolate and mix it with butter

6.Add sifted cake flour and stir evenly
7.Tear the discarded leftover cake slightly.It should not be too big or too small.
8. Stir thoroughly.Do not add too much cake body.The cake body will dilute the chocolate paste

9.Put the film into the oven and bake at 180 degrees up and down for 1 hour.

10.Take it out and let it cool.Add moisture-proof powdered sugar.Cut into pieces and put it in the refrigerator for a better taste

1.After baking, take it out and shake it.Do not turn it upside down.There will be oil dripping
2.The temperature of the water when melting the chocolate should not exceed 70 degrees.The chocolate will reverse and affect the taste.
