Corn flour ( appropriate amount ) | Brown sugar (appropriate amount) |

How to make corn paste

1.Pour the corn flour into a larger bowl.

2.Add cold water to make a paste.

3. Add two bowls of water to the milk pot and bring to a boil over high heat.Pour in the prepared paste and turn to low heat., stir while burning.

4. Until the corn paste is cooked, add appropriate amount of brown sugar to taste.

5. Remove and serve on a plate.
Tips
1: Polenta must be mixed with cold water.
2: After pouring in the corn paste, be sure to stir while burning to prevent the pot from being stuck.
