How to make pea pasta

1. Boil water in a pot and blanch the peas.When blanching, add a little salt in the water.

2. Then take out the peas and let them cool for later use.

3.Cut onion, ginger, dried chili and set aside.

4. Chop the pork into minced meat and set aside.

5.Wash the tomatoes, peel them and cut into large pieces for later use.

Tips
1.Do not use olive oil that is too hot, and keep the heat on medium to low during the frying process.
2.When cooking pasta, put a little salt and olive oil in the water and spread it out in the pot to prevent the pasta from sticking.
