1: When mixing the biscuit base, make sure the butter is completely softened, otherwise it will be difficult to mix evenly
2: Gelatine powder is fish gelatin sheet , is an evolved product of fish gelatin powder.It does not have the fishy smell of fish gelatin powder and is suitable for making mousse cakes
