Gelatine tablets ( 10g ) | White sugar ( 50g ) |
How to make mango mousse cup

1.Peel and core the mango, and cut into small pieces

2. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for more than 10 minutes until softened, take them out and put them into a heat-resistant container
