How to make Italian tomato sauce

1.Peel the tomatoes and chop the onions and garlic into fine pieces.

2. Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the pot and heat it until it is 50% hot, add the garlic and onion and stir-fry fragrant.

3.Add tomatoes and stir-fry evenly.

Tips
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and the skin will be easily removed.
