How to make yogurt mousse cup

1. Prepare the required ingredients and weigh them.

2.Put the gelatine slices into the container and pour enough to cover the gelatine slices Soak in water until soft.

3. Melt the soaked gelatin sheets in water.

4. Take it out to warm and set aside.

5. Add sugar to the whipping cream.

6.Use an electric egg beater to beat until texture.

7. Pour the warm gelatin liquid into the yogurt.

8. Stir evenly.

9. Mix the yogurt and light cream evenly.

10.Put into a mousse cup and refrigerate for more than four hours to set.

Tips
The recipe is for two cups of wood bran, you can double the ingredients if necessary.
It is best to use thick old yogurt.
