Yogurt: activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis
Ingredients
Whipped cream ( 100g ) | Yoghurt ( 125g ) |
Pure milk ( 20g ) | Canned yellow peach ( 2 pieces ) |
Gelatine tablets ( 5 grams (1 piece) ) | Sugar ( 20 grams ) |
How to make jelly mousse cup

1.Put the gelatine slices into a small bowl, pour in the milk and soak until soft.

2. Wipe off excess water from the canned yellow peaches with kitchen paper and cut into small cubes.

3. Melt the soaked gelatin sheets in water and take them out to warm.

4. Beat the light cream and sugar until texture.

5. Pour the warm gelatin liquid into the yogurt.

6.Mix and stir evenly.

7. Mix the yogurt and whipping cream evenly.

8. Take more than half of the yellow peach pieces and add them to the light cream and mix well.

9.Pour the mixed whipping cream into the mousse cup.

10.Sprinkle the remaining yellow peach pieces on top, cover it and place it in the refrigerator.More than four hours to set.

Tips
I filled it quite full and used two mousse cups.If I filled it less, I could use three mousse cups.
The canned yellow peaches inside can also be replaced with various fruits.
