Pumpkin ( 400 grams ) | Chicken legs ( one ) |
Green onion (One piece) | Ginger ( Two slices ) |
Oil ( Three tablespoons ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
Five spice powder ( a little ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Soy sauce ( two spoon ) | cooking wine ( a spoonful of 3 ) |
Recipe of stewed chicken with pumpkin

1. Cut the chicken into pieces and blanch them in water

2.Take out the spare

3.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant

4.Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and allspice

5.Add pumpkin and stir fry, add a bowl of water , salt and bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium to low heat, turn off the heat when the chicken is cooked
