Tips
For the chocolate, I used baking chocolate.I had to buy it at a baking supply store or on Taobao.I didn’t add much powdered sugar because the chocolate is very sweet.I only added a little to the cream and cheese.The texture was just right and there was no spray.You can also just sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface of the mold or decorate it with fruits!
