Ingredients
Yam ( One piece per person (iron rod) ) | Sugar ( Seasoning spoons not less than 2 spoons ) |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make honey-drawn yam

1. Wash the yam and cut it with a hob.(I used an iron rod yam)

2.Pour in appropriate amount of cooking oil, After heating, pour in the yam

3. Fry over medium-low heat, be careful not to burn the yam

4. While waiting for the yam, you can first brush a layer on the plate that will be used later.Oil, not too much

5.Let the oil cover it lightly

6. When the yam turns golden brown, it is ready to be taken out of the pan.Place it on a plate that has just been brushed with oil and set aside.

7. Place on a plate and set aside.
Leave an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, if there is too much, you can pour it out
8.Then pour an appropriate amount of sugar

9. Melt slowly over low heat, be careful not to burn it..
Continuously turning the sugar during the process can make it less likely to paste and stick to the bottom
10. In this way, when the sugar turns into honey color, when you shovel the spatula, the syrup will flow out.You can also refer to step 9

11.Turn off the heat and put in the fried yam, stir fry quickly, and you can see the thread drawing phenomenon

12.Enjoy delicious food immediately~
Tips
I used iron yam, so the texture is glutinous. The amount of sugar depends on personal taste.
Note that the special spoon for household seasoning boxes should not be less than 2 spoons, otherwise the silk-drawing texture will be lost.Start with 2 spoons of sugar per stick, it must be a seasoning spoon! ! ! It is recommended to add half a spoonful to a spoonful of sugar for each additional yam.
I only used an iron rod of yam this time, so it’s no pressure for one person to eat it O(∩_∩)O
ps: Don’t use too much heat while waiting for the sugar to melt.Generally, use a low heat. That’s it.When the syrup starts to bubble, be sure to turn off the heat
