Coriander: activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis

Ingredients
Tenderloin ( 200g ) | Cilantro ( 1 handful ) |
Oil ( 3 spoons ) | Salt ( 1 spoon span> ) |
Onions ( 1 ) | Dried chili pepper (appropriate amount) |
Soy sauce ( 1.5 spoons ) |
How to make spicy shredded pork

1.Cut the tenderloin into slices and then into shreds, not too thin
Cut the coriander into sections
2.Shred ginger and set aside dried chili

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add shredded ginger and dried chili until fragrant

4.Add the tenderloin and fry until it changes color

5. Add one and a half spoonfuls of soy sauce and stir-fry for color
Sprinkle coriander before serving
Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly
6.Spicy shredded pork, so delicious
Tips
1.Put the tenderloin in the refrigerator to make it easier to cut.2.The shredded pork should not be too thick nor too thin.It should be about as thick as the tip of a chopstick.3.It is not easy to stir-fry coriander for too long, just sprinkle it with salt before taking it out of the pot (I personally prefer coriander that is fried a little longer)
