How to make shredded pork with sauce

1.Prepare a piece of fat and thin pork

Tips
1.Be sure to add less salt, because the sweet noodle sauce already has enough saltiness.My sweet noodle sauce has enough flavor and no salt at all.
2.Do not stir-fry the meat for too long, as it will taste too old.Stir-fry the meat evenly and pour in the sauce immediately
