How to make stir-fried shredded pork with dried tofu and green pepper

1. Marinate the shredded pork with salt and cooking wine for 5-10 minutes.(I am too lazy to just buy shredded pork cut by machine at the market)

2. Cut the side dishes and set aside for later use.The dried tofu I use is the ready-to-eat type that I usually buy in supermarkets. This one is produced in Liuzhou and is very tender and elastic.

3. Cut dry and green peppers into shreds.(You can add it according to your personal preference)

4. Prepare the side dishes and marinate the meat Okay, heat up the oil in the pan and stir-fry the shredded pork.Stir-fry the shredded pork until dry, add dried chili and green pepper, add appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir-fry.

5. When the green peppers are almost cooked, add the dried beans and stir-fry over high heat. After two minutes, turn off the heat and serve.

6. Finished product picture.
Tips
When frying the meat, when the meat is almost dry, add some soy sauce and stir-fry.The color of the meat will be better! But be careful not to over-fry it, as the meat will become tough if you fry it for too long.
