How to make kimchi brown rice omelette rice

1. Dice onions and tomatoes, slice garlic, and mince ginger ( I added two mushrooms, you can omit or replace them with other ingredients according to personal taste); beat the eggs and set aside

2. Heat a non-stick pan, put a few slices of pork belly, and refine the oil over low heat (if you don’t have it, you can add oil directly, I personally think the pork belly is more fragrant); add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, add onions and diced tomatoes., stir-fry until the tomatoes become soft, then add spicy cabbage and other vegetables you added; stir-fry evenly and then add brown rice (brown rice is relatively hard, stir-fry well, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for two minutes to allow the tomato juice to fully soak in Rice); take out and serve on a plate;

3.Wash and dry the flat-bottomed non-stick pan.Heat over medium heat, then turn to low heat (minimum), add the egg liquid, let the egg liquid evenly cover the bottom of the pot, cover the pot and simmer for about a minute; after the egg skin is formed, gently remove the egg skin and cover the fried rice.Serve; place your favorite green vegetables and squeeze a little tomato sauce onto the egg skin.Nutritious and delicious omelette rice is ready!
Tips
The heat must be low when frying the egg skin; spicy cabbage itself has a salty taste, so be careful to add less salt when frying the rice
