How to make simple homemade kimchi

1. Wash the cowpeas, carrots and cabbage and dry them.

2. Sterilize the sealed jar and dry it, cut the vegetables into large pieces and put them in.

3.Put Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers and salt in the water and bring to a boil.Cook for 5-10 minutes.Fully cook out the flavor of the seasoning.

4. Let cool and then pour it into a sealed jar.The water should cover the vegetables.

5. Cover and seal and store for one month and the kimchi will be fermented.

6. Take out the vegetables.

7. Then cut into cubes.
