How to make egg yolk tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small strips.

2. Mix eggs, flour, cornstarch, salt, oil, and baking powder until they form a paste.

3.Put the tofu into the prepared batter and coat it with batter on all sides.

4.Put the tofu wrapped in batter into the oil pan and fry until golden brown, then remove.

5.Crush the cooked egg yolk, put in another oil pan, put the egg yolk in and stir-fry.Add some water and white wine, then pour in the fried tofu and coat it with egg yolk before serving.
Tips
Tofu is very tender and easy to fry, so when coating it with egg yolk, push it gently and don't stir fry it.Fried tofu softens easily, so eat it immediately.
