Recipe of Family Braised Chicken

1. Prepare all the ingredients, cut the chicken legs into pieces, wash and cut the mushrooms into pieces, wash and break the green peppers into pieces, wash and remove the stems of the enoki mushrooms, wash and cut the lettuce, slice the ginger, and cut the green onions into sections for later use.
