How to make fried toon fish

1. Harden the toon Cut off the stems and clean them.

2.Use 30 grams of flour and 10 grams of glutinous rice flour in a bowl.

Tips
1.The frying process should be on medium to low heat.It is easy to burn on high fire and absorb too much oil on low fire, so the heat must be controlled well.
